Your customers never hear the beep.

When you're off the clock or under a sink, we answer your phone, catch the emergencies, and get your on-call tech moving. Everyone else gets a callback, not a voicemail.

Call the demo line any time and pretend you have a burst pipe. That's exactly what your customers will hear.

What happens when your phone rings after hours

Your number stays the same. Calls you can't take forward to us, and here's what happens next.

  1. We answer every call

A natural voice picks up any hour, in English or Spanish. Callers are told up front they're talking to your virtual assistant.

  2. Emergencies get flagged

Burst pipes, sewage backups, no water, gas smells. We follow the emergency rules you approve, and safety comes first on every call.

  3. Your tech gets a text

Name, address, callback number, and the problem, on your on-call tech's phone in about a minute. You get a copy.

  4. You get the morning report

At 7 AM: every call, who needs a callback, and recordings. Hang-ups get an automatic text so they don't call someone else.

Wake up to a list, not a voicemail box

Every morning at 7, the owner gets one email with everything that happened overnight. Emergencies on top, callbacks next, junk at the bottom.

  • Recordings and transcripts for every call
  • Spanish-speaking callers flagged
  • Angry callers or review threats flagged for you

Built for the trades

Most answering services were built for doctors' offices. We built this for the people who get the 2 AM calls.

  • Plumbing companiesLeaks, backups, and water heaters sorted from slow drains and quote requests.
  • HVAC companiesNo heat in a freeze and no AC in a heat wave get handled like the emergencies they are.
  • Electricians, roofers, and other tradesYour own emergency rules, your own callback promises.
  • Owner-operatorsCan't answer while you're on a job? We pick up after a few rings, during the day too, and book the callback.

Questions owners ask us

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep your number. You set your phone to forward calls to us after hours, or when you don't answer after a few rings. We walk you through it.

Will my customers know it's not a person?

Yes. The assistant tells callers it's your after-hours virtual assistant. Most callers care far more about getting help fast than about who picks up.

Who decides what counts as an emergency?

You do. We start with a standard list for your trade, then adjust it with you before we go live. When a call is unclear, the assistant treats it as an emergency, because waking your tech beats losing the job.

Will it quote prices or promise arrival times?

Never. It doesn't quote prices, diagnose problems, or promise when someone will show up. Your tech handles all of that on the callback.

What if my tech doesn't see the text?

The owner gets a copy of every emergency alert, and every call shows up in your morning report with a recording, so nothing disappears.

Can it talk to Spanish-speaking customers?

Yes. If a caller speaks Spanish, the assistant switches to Spanish for the whole call, and your tech's alert notes that the caller speaks Spanish.
