SMS Terms

Effective October 2026

These terms cover text messages sent by Beat the Beep, LLC, including messages we send on behalf of the home service businesses we work for.

Messages we send

• Missed call follow-ups: If you call a business that uses Beat the Beep and the call ends before we can help you, we may send one text from that business's number so you can reply and get help. We only text the number that called.
• Service alerts: Employees and owners of businesses that use Beat the Beep receive texts about urgent customer calls, as part of their business's service.
• Trial updates: If you request a free trial on our website and check the box to receive texts, we will text you about setting up and using your trial.

We do not send marketing texts to people who call our customers.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your calls and requests. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. To start again, reply START.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
